Robert J. Hytha, RA, NCARB, is the founder and owner of RJH Architects. He serves as lead architect and designer, with a focus on combining innovative design ideas with practical building techniques to create aesthetically pleasing and functional structures that harmonize with their surroundings.
Bob has been designing, building and managing the construction of residential and lite commercial buildings, work environments and interior spaces for over 30 years. He has extensive experience in all phases of architectural design for new construction, renovations, additions and remodeling projects. His emphasis is in the design-build arena for custom projects, as-builts and retrofits.
After completing his fifth year thesis, Bob earned a Bachelor of Architecture from Temple University. His education includes course work at Villanova University, Boston Architectural Center, Rhode Island School of Design (RISD) and Providence University. He is a registered architect and licensed to practice in PA, NJ, DE, MD and FL. He is a member of the National Council of Architectural Review Boards (NCARB), and serves on the Architectural Review Board for Tredyffrin Township.
Mark Semanko, Associate AIA, has been exposed to the architectural business from the time he was a young boy, having trained under his architect father. He has been formally practicing architecture for over 37 years, with an emphasis in the design-build field. He has been associated with RJH Architects for over 10 years.
After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Catholic University, Mark designed for various firms in the Philadelphia region. His work has ranged from residential design for new construction and historic homes and buildings, to office buildings, hospitals, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, restaurants, retail stores, and commercial and industrial buildings.
In addition to architectural design, Mark has extensive experience in construction management, construction, woodworking and cabinet making, and is proficient in AutoCAD and Photoshop. He is an associate member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and has served on the East Goshen Township Planning Commission.
